Facilities

Our facilities consist of a 60' X 70' indoor riding arena(pictured above).
There is a 50' X 100' turn out behind the arena and a 60' round pen. This is all
located on Terry's place just a mile away form the breeding facilities. Since
1994 he has been specializing in starting colt, laying down a solid foundation
of trust and respect to build on. He also works with horses that have problems
as well as doing spring tune-ups.

2007 rates are $500 for 30 days. This includes a stall, hay, grain twice a day
and working with your horse a least once a day, For horses that only need a
tune-up or not in need of a full 30 days he charges $130 a week which also

Our breeding facilities consist of a 40' X 63' barn with 10 stalls.
2- 20' X 10' stalls & 8- 10X 12 stalls.
We also have a 30' shaded pen for a turn out and 2 small pastures for
mares and colts.
